Christmas Dinner Evening

Kick off the seasons festivities in style with our exclusive Christmas Dinner - Evening edition!

Chef Lou's famous Christmas lunches will run as usual but this one off special edition on Thursday 10th December is extra special!

Limited to a maximum of 50 guests, You will be handed a welcome drink of either Prosecco or Beer on arrival and shown to your table. Dinner service will commence from 19:30 with your pre chosen starter. A quick explanation from your host about the paired wine options will be followed by the serving of your chosen main course. Specially selected red and white wines will be served - expertly paired to your meal choice. 

Your chosen dessert follows before ending with your choice of hot drink - including a club coffee special (with a shot of your chosen spirit) and finally a drop of Christmas Pudding flavour Sherry!

Everyone will also receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize and Christmas nibbles will be available on the bar throughout the evening.

Once dinner is finished you will be entertained by fabulous local vocalist Amy Hall who will be throwing in a few Christmas classics into her set so you can sing and dance the rest of the evening away!

Starters:

• Mushroom, garlic & thyme soup with truffle oil. Served with a warm granary roll (Ve)

• Chicken Liver & cognac Pate with red onion marmalade. Served with toasted croutes

• Sweet chilli king prawns with a salad garnish (Gf)

• Breaded Brie with mango chutney (V)

Mains:

• Roast Turkey crown, sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets

• Oven roasted Cod with a herb crust & Ratatouille

• Stuffed butternut squash with peppers, basil & breadcrumbs (Ve) (Gf)

All served with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Desserts:

• Traditional Christmas Pudding with spiced rum sauce

• Forest Fruit Pavlova with raspberry Chantilly cream (Gf)

• Salted caramel & chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream (Ve) (Gf)
